What to expect
When you join me for a 1:1 hour-long guided conscious connected breathwork journey we will take you on a transformative inner exploration.
We begin by setting your intention for this session, allowing yourself to bring awareness to any areas of your life that you wish to work on or seek clarity. Once settled, I will guide you through the rhythmic and intentional breathing technique that will allow you to tap into your subconscious mind and unlock deeper levels of self-discovery.
You will be invited to find a comfortable position as you lay down, fully surrendering to the experience. Throughout the session, I will curate a carefully crafted playlist that will support and enhance your journey, taking you on a melodic voyage through different emotions and sensations.
As the breathwork concludes, we will allow time for reorientation and integration, providing an opportunity for journaling and open discussions to process your experience.
